Queluz Palace

Brief Description: Magnificent 18th-century royal residence that combines elements of Rococo, Neoclassical, and Baroque architecture. Often referred to as the "Versailles of Portugal" Classified as National Monument since 1910.

Year Built: 1747

Highlights: Music room, the Hall of Mirrors, also know as the Ambassadors' Room, is a spacious reception hall with a painted ceiling and walls covered in mirrors. It features a golden throne and a black and white checkered marble floor. Part of the tour are also the Queens Boudoir, the King's room, the Tea room and a Chapel.​
